In most cases, there is no charge for field surveys or for developing the detailed design project. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account client characteristics, scenario complexity, and the scope of the supply or services to be performed.
Based on the project supplied by the client or the detailed information on the required scope, we prepare a comprehensive, tailored technical and commercial proposal.
Our proposal may cover maintenance services, field surveys, detailed design development, or the supply of equipment and solutions, always aligned with each client’s specific needs.
After approval, we begin executing the services or delivering the supply, mobilizing resources when applicable. We accompany every stage of installation and pre-commissioning, ensuring quality, technical compliance, and full adherence to project requirements.
We provide preventive and corrective maintenance services as well as specialized technical support, keeping your system operating in accordance with applicable standards.
For systems supplied by our company, we offer a full warranty of 24 months from commissioning or 12 months from the date of supply, whichever comes first, unless specific conditions are set out in each client’s contract.
